UPCAT the movie

Last Thursday (November 20, 2008)was the screening of Cinema one's indie films one of which is UPCAT the movie (yey a movie based on THAT one test).

and is directed by Roman Carlo Olivares.

The movie was good (and I mean good) we were ask to rate it from 1 to 5 (I rated it 6 ;> ). The "singits" as I call it was pretty good (the criss-crossing fingers, the flashbacks etc.) added to the quirkiness of the film. The film's story focuses on a young intelligent man (Felix Roco) who desires to enter THE university (UP). The confusion of choosing your own course, the comedies and dramas of life, the overprotective parents, the bestfriend who's always there, and the romeo-juliet love story all played a role in this film. It's one of the best indie film of the year because everyone can relate to it (even those who did not bother to take THE exam).

Change had come

When I woke up (11:40-something) this morning I thought it was just another lazy-gaming day, the usual dota something and not doing school works but I was amazed when suddenly my mind and my body decided to study for three exams tomorrow. This is a record compared to last sem wherein I would only study the night before. Currently I finished one and a half topics out of a total of three. SO wish me luck

Change has Come

The world has been very busy celebrating the victory of the first black president of the most powerful Country in the world but that's not what my title is all about. Hehehehe

2nd sem has finally come. Last sem i got so disappointed with my 1.93 GWA because I was aiming for at least being a CS. (Noooooooooooo!!!) Change "should" come. Wehehe. Looks like another exciting trip for me. weeeh Wish me luck!!!

Out of topic: I'm currently playing Sims City 4 and I can't seem to make my region work (Argh!).

Updating CFW to 5.00 m33 - 3 (How to) in PSP slim

Hello guys,
Last week, I just updated my CFW from 4.01 M33 to 5.o0 m33 - 3 for all those non - geeky PSP addicts like me here's a quick guide to updating your CFW to 5.01 m33-3

A. UPDATING TO 5.00 M33

1. Download the file from here compiled by stylemo.com
2. Extract it.
3. Copy the UPDATES folder to PSP/GAME folder.
4. Disconnect your PSP and go into your XMB menu, to GAMES and run the updater
5. Celebrate with a few friends ;)

B. UPDATING TO 5.00 M33 - 3

1. Make sure you have a 5.00 M33 CFW installed in your PSP.
2. Download these file ">here
3. Extract it anywhere on the computer.
4. Connect your PSP and copy the UPDATE folder to PSP/GAME
5. Disconnect your PSP and go into your XMB menu, to GAMES and run the updater
6. Have a PSP party with your friends
