Exams, Speeches, Walk-outs and End of the world: All in the college student's day's works.

Hi

I've just finished an excruciating week of impromptu speeches, long exams, map quizzes and rumors about the end of the world (woooh!) and my God what a week it was (so tiring!) Let me narrate:

MONDAY:
I've just returned from home to Kalai (my second balay) and just realized how much is to be done. I was pumped with energy to study study study. BUT THEN, as i was entering our room B01 my friends was there playing warcraft custom maps and then I was "nahawa" sorry i forgot the term. And so I slept with warcries (of my friends from so much emotions playing the game).

TUESDAY
First "banat" of the hell week
Kas1- no classes because our prof said that we have to study for the thursday long exam.
Geog1- We took a quiz about the map of asia my head was whirling with too much information from cramming but then I was so Happy since I managed to get high woooh!

WEDNESDAY
Speech Speech and Speech
Comm3- My impromptu speech in which my friends would teasingly shout my name whenever the name of the next speaker would be called. I was really surprised because just as i was about to volunteer my name was called and more surprisingly I was not shaky WEEEHHH
AT Night I was really desperate to study because I have to read 150+ pages of kas1 information because i never took notes duriong lectures (stupid indolence)

THURSDAY
Day of Reckoning
Math17- Sir jelo, through a show of hands, said that there will be no classes tomorrow if half of the class would boycott.
Kas1- I was so tensed but then when i saw the test I was really relieved. It was purely essay with 5 items of enumeration. My hand was really painful afterwards, imagine writing 2 pages of bluebook just for a single question.
Geog1- The 2nd part of the map quiz and it's now about the European map. I was really REALLY happy because I think i either got a perfect or a one-mistake grade on that quiz.
Sir Juanico (our Geog1 prof) reminded us of the "supposed" end of the Philippines tomorrow basing it from the news of a prediction that the Philippines would crumble through an 8.1 magnitude earthquake. He said "Tomorrow is the end of the world so what do you do today? Finish your term Paper of course.. At least you die with no INC right?"

FRIDAY
I only have one class today since we boycott-ed our prof in Math17 (of course) and our prof in Eng1 boycott-ed us. REST DAY, Really

P.S. Obviously the Earthquake never happened. Although I was really nervous.

OVERWHELMING

Haluw

It has been roughly a month since i step in to one of the most admired and culture driven institutions in the philippines (oooh kul),UP. Since today marks my "real" serious blogging life I would first introduce myself as entzz (entotz sabi ng mga pinsan nung bata pa daw ako), civil engineering student of upD, promdi from Nueva Vizcaya (there's nothing wrong with that, right?) and yeah I'm a freshie.

Back to what i'm saying, my first month has been anything but boredom. What I really REALLY love is my schedule, You see i start my day with a 7am class then followed by a 90 minutes break then full load until 2 or 1 depending on the day. That's the routine tuesday to friday (since monday is considered as a rest day here).

About the profs, these is what I'm really surprised about, they are SUPER intimidating not the horrific kind of intimidation but the kind that will stir your critical mindedness.

RIght now I have to review the huige map for geog 1, kas 1 and make an assignment ooh overwhelming by
